Architect III

We are currently seeking a well rounded candidate for the position of Project Architect. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Principal and have the opportunity to establish themselves a leader in a growing small firm. The ideal candidate is self-driven, has the ability to manage projects with a lead-from-the-front approach. We are looking for someone with technical experience that knows who is collaborative with clients, team members and consultants, and takes pride in the outcome of every project they put forth, regardless of size.

The Must-Have List

  • Serve as primary point of contact and project lead internally and/or externally
  • Collaborative with all team members (internal and external)
  • Self-organizing and motivated
  • A minimum of 5 years office experience.
  • Solutions and growth-minded with a service-first attitude
  • Excellent communicator who keeps team updated on progress
  • An accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
  • Comfortable with digital tools and a hybrid work environment
  • Make positive contributions and additions to firm culture
  • Be licensed or working towards Architectural Registration.
  • Practical experience with Revit, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
  • Implement project budgets, schedules, and alignment with contracts
  • General and technical knowledge of architecture, building code, and project workflows (in office and on constructions sites)
  • US work permit authorized

The *Extra List

  • Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Workspaces), Slack, Sketchup, and project management applications (ie. Monograph, Teamgant, Notion), and Adobe
  • Interested in/proactive participant/contributor in the AEC industry.
  • Experience in sustainable technologies in AEC

Architectural Staff (0-4 yrs)

We are currently seeking a junior architect. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Principal and Project Manager on all phases of design. This person must have a strong drive to success and be an avid problem solver, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • An accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree

  • Working towards Architectural Registration.
