The Project
The renovation of Holden House first began with the need to address additional guest living spaces, since this home will frequently host extended family over the holidays. The original house was built by the owner, and over the years, the inefficiencies began to become more and more apparent, and the harsh Texan climate also began to take its toll on the home.
Working closely with the owner, the home will address energy efficiency, will rework the entire kitchen, dining and living configuration, as well as rework the existing bedrooms and exterior aesthetic. Phase 2 will also include an attached study, 3 car garage and offer an additional guest suite.
