The Project
The Rylea House is the latest design that Maryland based builder Rylea Homes has to offer on their repertoire. This updated model will feature a more contemporary craftsman aesthetic, and with approximately 4,000 square feet and various bedroom options, is well suited for a large parcel and large family.
The home features the flexibility that we look for in modern homes, including a dedicated office space for the remote-work lifestyle. It also features a 3-car garage with a workbench space, to tinker with our new-found hobbies, with a bonus room above that could house additional guests or second office. Along with these features, it strongly connects with its surroundings with multiple outdoor spaces, porches and lanai.
