The Project
The villa will be one of the first private residences on this island, and as such it will function “off the grid.” Its panelized structure was designed to minimize onsite construction, with modular components built off-site and ferried directly to the site for erection. It will utilize solar power for most of its electric needs, natural gas for fuel and rainwater collection system for irrigation.
